1-bedroom with private bath in shared condo, walking distance to stadiums

This listing is for a bedroom within our condo that's minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and the Convention Center. Your party will be sharing the communal living spaces with us and our dog, so you will not have the condo to yourself. Please keep in mind that you will have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to your bedroom.

You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, closet space, and access to the communal spaces, including the kitchen, laundry room, living room, etc. We also have an air mattress that can be used in the living room. There's a half bathroom off of the kitchen as well as a rooftop deck with views of Lucas Oil and Downton Indy. We have a 2 car garage, so you are welcome to use the 2nd spot.

It is about a 25-30 minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. Depending on the traffic, it's usually a 5-10 minute drive to Lucas Oil, but I suspect it will take 30-45 minutes on Taylor's nights because at the Rep tour, they blocked all traffic for about 30 minutes to let the pedestrians get out of the stadium.
