The property is convenient to Indiana downtown. I needed one night stay while in town. Purpose served. The property is worn since it has been here for a while. The trade off is the price. It’s a good price for a safe, quiet stay.

Not cosmetically pleasing, needs updated. It wasn't really dirty. But it was inconvenient. Not enough carts. The walkway to the room from the door, there were multiple doors. Very noisy, smells like weed even tho no smoking. I am disabled so having the shampoo too high caused a problem for me. Water, soap, and shampoo all felt awful. I felt cruddy.

Was dirty and not maintained - lights and air conditioner was broken, food crumbs on the floor. Breakfast was lacking to say the least. Not at all worth the price.
