Please note that we manually add to your quoted rate the cost of utilities and pool heat. The utility fee will not show up on your booking and will be added based on the duration of your stay. Pool heat cost depends on the time of year.

Exceptional vacation home

Great stay in Indian Wells

We had an excellent experience at this property. It's well-kept, and communication was seamless with the owner and the property manager. We spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard with a pool and jacuzzi that were not overly chlorinated like we've found with some properties. We loved the grapefruit tree and had a lot of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice using the provided juicer. Quiet neighborhood that was nice to walk around in. Close to shopping areas including El Paseo. We thought the price was good for what you get. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful house in Indian Wells

Amazing Beautiful Home

The house is GORGEOUS, in a beautiful area of La Quinta with a swimming pool to die for on an enormous lot. Plenty of space inside and out. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and my family and I never wanted to leave. Plenty of pool toys, bicycles, television with cable in every room, 2 fireplaces and an outdoor shower to rinse off. Paradise!

Indian Wells Getaway

This home was exactly what we needed for a nice get away. The property was as beautiful as in the photos and was very comfortable. The check in was quite easy and Joe was great. All amenities were there and awesome. We would definitely come back to this home and hope to next year!

Best Vacation Home

We have stayed in various vacation homes across the States and this is by far our favorite one. The house is set up perfectly for our family with two little ones. The pool area is beautiful. The whole thing is so dreamy. We will be booking again shortly to return next year! Oh and Andrew and Joe are fabulous to deal with!

Spectacular Desert Getaway

Lovely home in Indian Wells - a perfect location for exploring the Coachella Valley and all it has to offer. With a mid-century aesthetic this well appointed home was very comfortable and well equipped. We especially appreciated the outside pool and spa area with multiple areas for sitting and relaxing. Truly a special property and we look forward to a return visit.

Our 3rd Stay - Still Great!

This was our 3rd stay in 3 years at this wonderful property. It remains a great location in Indian Wells within a quiet neighborhood. You are within 15 minutes of virtually anything you need. The outdoor space is amazing with a great pool that we enjoyed each and every day. Relaxing in the hot tub at night under the stars without any noise around you is very memorable. The indoors comes with comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. We can't wait to come back yet again!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family has stayed at this house many times and it is always wonderful! The reservation process is very smooth and the owner responds quickly to emails. The property manager greeted us upon arrival and explained everything about the house, and was also available during our stay for any other questions. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. It is as in the pictures and is very clean and modern. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed it as much as our kids! The kitchen had everything we needed and there is also a barbeque. It is always a pleasure to return to this house, and we hope to stay here again on our next vacation to California.

Great house! Excellent Location!

This is a fantastic pick if you are looking to visit the Palm Springs area. You can't beat it if you are looking for a spacious and modern home that is setup very well to just arrive and start your relaxation. The master bedroom and bathroom are absolutely massive. The other two bedrooms also have a good amount of space in them as well and are all very comfortable. Nobody with us had any issues with the comfort of the beds. The kitchen and living room are very large and are nice and open. You can enjoy conversation sitting in the living room while someone is preparing a meal. The inside fireplace is also a nice touch that we would turn on in the evenings when it would cool down outside. The backyard is fabulous. You obviously spend most of your time outside while here and this yard doesn't disappoint. The pool and hot tub were great and easy to use. In prior VRBO rentals in the area, we have had challenges with the pool system and getting it to heat properly etc. This system is very easy and runs itself for the most part. The seating area outside was great and allowed for us to relax comfortably when not in the pool. Another plus are all the towels provided. That might seem like a small item, but you truly appreciate having that many towels when you make a lot of use of the pool. The property overall is very well maintained and kept very clean. The furniture was very new in the living room and you could tell a lot of attention is paid to maintaining the property in great condition. The property manager (Joe), did a great job as well. He met with us upon arrival and showed us the home. He even came by mid-week to drop off some tabs for the washer so we could do more laundry. We would not hesitate to book this property again. Judging by how booked up the calendar looks, we aren't alone in that thought.

Beautiful House but not as advertised

The house and yard are beautiful. We were attracted to the property because of the yard and ammenities. Knowing that we would need to work during our stay and recognizing how hot April in Palm Springs can be, the outdoor mister system was key in our search of properties. As was the indoor / outdoor sound system (we don't watch TV but we do listen to music). Neither of those systems were working. Furthermore, the alarm system is not functional and there is no safe to lock passports, jewlery, etc. up in. We contacted the owner about the sound system and his direction was to contact Joe, the caretaker, we let Andrew know that Joe was the one who noticed the sound system was not working at our arrival walk-through. There was no follow-up or response. The shower in the ensuite has a decent leak (the wall is actually separating), so to avoid doing further damage we used the secondary shower for most of our stay. As for location, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There are not any walkable amenities so if you're going for dinner or out, be prepared to drive. All in all, the house is beautiful, it just needs some attention and repair. The issues are minor and should not deter you from renting, just be aware that not all of the advertised ammenities were functioning for our stay. Had these been functioning it would have been a 5*+ review. As others have mentioned, Joe is phenomenal. Please contact Joe and not Grace, as she is Joe's wife who passed away last November. Her name and number are still listed on all of the documentation as a contact. The pool and groundskeepers also did an excellent job.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bei einem kleinen Problemchen hat der Gastgeber sofort reagiert und es gelöst. Wir haben den Pool genossen. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

This is my second time staying at Andrew and Jill’s place, (July 2021 and July 2022). This home never disappoints! We spent very restful days lounging by the pool, cooking in the chefs kitchen or entertaining our friends at many of the local restaurants (Porta Villa near Paseo becoming one of our local favorites). The home is well equipped, comfortable for families and close to excellent shopping, restaurants, coffee bars, museums and golfing. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood approximately 20 min to downtown Palm Springs along Highway 111. Andrew is very easy to get in touch with and communication with the property manager, Laura, was a breeze. We are looking forward to coming back next year as well. Thank you Andrew and Jill!

Simply. Amazing.

What a beautiful oasis in Indian Wells! This home exudes comfort, beauty, and amenities. Open layout with a large common area flanked on each end with the bedrooms. Andrew and Jill thought of everything to make our visit a seamless one. We enjoyed the hot tub and the open kitchen for cooking as well as the ample seating for television viewing. The location was perfect for our tournament at Indian Wells Tennis Garden just 2 miles away. Palm Springs was about 25 minutes away. Loved staying here and would highly recommend to others to rent this beautiful home.

A Little Slice of Heaven

We had a wonderful stay (July 2021). Andrew’s property is in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located off Hwy 111 with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. It’s the perfect location for R&R. Golfing, vintage shopping, museums, and a few great neighborhood bars only minutes away. Cozy home with a large pool, great for families and entertaining. My only suggestion is to replace some of the “older” and well loved cooking pots and pans. For a one-month stay, I went out and purchased my own so that I could fully enjoy the chefs kitchen. Overall, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and will definitely stay again.

Great House, Great Location

This was our first time staying at Andrew and Jill’s home in Indian Wells, and we loved it. The house looked just like the pictures showed on the internet. The backyard and pool were fantastic. Amazing saltwater pool. Location, Location, Location. A vacation home or a permanent resident, Indian Wells is the place to be. Very centrally located, very quiet neighborhood, and spectacular views out in front. Great place to walk or ride the bikes that are available to you around the neighborhood. Joe was great, and very quick to respond to us when the air conditioning broke, We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thanks again Andrew, Jill, and Joe for a great 6 weeks even with record breaking temperatures in June. Thank You
