Looking for a resort-style retreat with a private tennis court and Southern views...welcome to our Desert Life! Brand new saltwater pool / spa / patio. Note: Some interior photos have not been updated.

As you enter the home, you are greeted by a spacious great room with an open floor plan and large windows overlooking the private backyard with covered patio, pool / spa, and private pickleball / tennis court. This custom home offers three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, an additional full bath off the pool area, and an office / media room. The oversized master suite is private and tastefully appointed with separate tub / shower and private courtyard area. The open kitchen is designed for entertaining with high-end appliances, double ovens, and ample storage and counter space. This gorgeous estate features spectacular mountain views, pool, spa, and a full-sized tennis / pickleball court surrounded by a private backyard. Just added: a Tesla electric vehicle charger.

The California Desert offers some of the best and most consistent weather around. An easy flight into Palm Springs International Airport and enjoy a 20 minute drive to Indian Wells where you'll find world-class golf, tennis, shopping, dining, hiking, biking, and relaxing all within minutes of the home.

Great home, location and property owner
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Indian Wells. The location was very central to our favorite golf courses and the Tennis Garden. We all enjoyed the back yard with its beautiful pool, spa and tennis court. Jeff was very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. The grapefruit tree was plentiful with it’s sweet, fragrant fruit — what a treat!

We had a wonderful family vacation in March of 23’ The 3 bedroom house offered us plenty of room inside and out. The tennis court gave us a chance to compete and strain tendons during some heated pickle matches. The location was perfect…I don’t think we ever drove more than 15 minutes to any golf course or restaurant. 30 minutes from the airport made it convenient for picking up friends and family The grapefruit tree provided us with the key building blocks for our daily Paloma We would love to rebook! Desert Oasis
Our family enjoyed two months at this lovely home. The home was accurately depicted in the listing. Conveniently located in Indian Wells close to shopping, dining, golf, and hiking trails. The pool and spa area are fantastic and the Mountain View is stunning. We utilized the Pickleball/Tennis court daily! The check-in process went smoothly and our host, Jeff was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our stay was exactly as we expected and we look forward to our next trip to the desert!

This property ruined us! (In a good way!)
What an exceptional property! We enjoyed every last second of our one month stay. It is by far the best property in the neighbourhood, Indian Wells and even Palm Desert. Having your very own tennis court right in your backyard is now key for me to move on through life LOL! The house is spacious yet cozy but the main attraction is the outdoor living. It’s just stunning. We really felt like we lived there and were quite surprised/shocked/saddened on the last day we actually didn’t and it was all a fairy tale. We checked out three days ago and I’m still in disbelief every morning when I wake up ha! Jeff is awesome to deal with. Any questions or concerns and he’s just a text away. His response time is pretty much instant. Jeff and Tracy are amazing hosts! We will be rebooking another stay imminently! Can’t say enough positive things about everything to do with our stay. If you’re reading this and considering it - DO IT. Fingers crossed it’s not when I want to go back ;) Xo Jenny & Kris Ps the house even has its own fruit trees. I’m not even making this up. Fresh grapefruit and citrus every single day ahhhhh…!!!

Wonderful stay in an amazing house
Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The house itself is amazing – spacious, clean, comfortable, luxurious and had all the amenities a family needs for an extended stay. We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the exceptional pool and playing tennis on the private court. The backyard is landscaped beautifully and has a real resort-like feel. We were amazed at not only the backyard, but also the views of the mountains and gorgeous palm trees. The house was in the ideal, convenient location close to restaurants and shops. We hope to come back again very soon. We also want to thank Jeff for being such a gracious host and making it such a comfortable visit.

A great way to spend November!!
With a south facing back yard you get to watch the morning sun come up and evening sun go down. It's a great place. Having a tennis court and pickle ball court followed up by a hot jacuzzi (that works great) is a perfect way to end the day. All good. No issues.

Vacation in Paradise Oasis
It was the best vacation we could have hoped for, and was the best experience at any rental we have stayed at. All the amenities exceeded our expectations, and our needs and requests were met with immediate attention and care (by the property manager and owner). The property itself was gorgeous and very clean, more beautiful than what the pictures describe. If you are able to stay here, you are one of the lucky ones!

FABULOUS 40th ANNIVERSARY GIFT

Our Own Resort in The Desert !
My husband and I stayed for over 3 months during the pandemic . The house was well supplied and immaculate ( a real concern for us ) The house is on a huge lot and the views are breathtaking. Great open floor plan . The owners jeff and Tracey were available whenever we needed anything . They really made us feel so at home!

Stunning property and such a relaxing time....
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. We absolutely loved the beautiful new pool/ hot-tub and having the outdoor music was a really nice feature. Beautiful oasis in the desert.
My wife and I and our four kids stayed at this beautiful property for a total of 31 days as a staycation. The owner was nothing but delightful and helpful during our stay. The caretaker helped with the check-in and was always available for any help. The pool and spa was really enjoyed by the kids and the adults. We used the tennis court as much as we could each day. The house did not really have anything missing that you would not have at home. Fully equipped everywhere. You do not have to pack anything extra to take with you. Plenty of space throughout the house for the kids to bum through the day as well as the adults. The owner takes great pride in the property as the grounds were always meticulously kept by the gardners each week. Pool man also came by each week to maintain the pool. The central location of the house in Indian Wells was perfect for access to all surrounding sounds. Straight drive down route 111 to downtown Palm Springs if you don't want to take the highway. An abundance of restaurants around as well as grocery stores and other big retailers. Would definitely stay here again with my family. THis was one of our most memorable vacations ever. Especially in these times with the pandemic. One that we will always remember. Thanks to Jeff and Tracy for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home.

Pure luxury!
We absolutely loved this property! The home is beautiful & had everything we needed during our stay. The pool and the tennis court were why we chose this home & they were fabulous! The property has a resort feel as it’s such a large lot & the proximity to golf courses, restaurants, hiking, etc....is so convenient. This home would be great to stay with friends/family or a girls trip. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing property that has it all! Very private with pool, spa, tennis, views and sunshine.  There are four bathrooms and three comfortable bedrooms with en-suite baths. Owners are responsive and take great care to make sure everything is as promised. The exterior and interior are bright & open! The pool is a good size.  Private full size tennis court with pickleball.  Located less than 1 mile from Indian Wells Golf Resort and Indian Wells Country Club.  Without hesitation I can say that this home is our favorite of our 5+ trips to this area. The location and the size are truly ideal for our family, but more importantly, it is comfortable and clean.
