The family room has a smart tv above the gas fireplace. The large pull out queen sofa and two chairs provide ample seating for your entire group to watch a movie or play a game. The bright corner window lets in plenty of natural light to make the vaulted ceilings feel even more spacious and beautiful.
The living room has an extra large sectional sofa with a 55’ smart tv. Perfect for a cozy movie night with the whole family or spending some time indoors with a view of the entire backyard.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare, cook, and serve the meals of your choice. Or, if you prefer, order in from any of the dozens of local restaurants. The dining room seats 6 and the outdoor dining table with pool and mountain views seats an additional 6.
The master bedroom has an eastern king bed and corner chair, along with a 48" smart tv. One whole wall of the master bedroom is mirrored closets while the opposite wall is a sliding door out to the pool, spa, bocce ball court, and mountain view.
The master ensuite bathroom has a long double sink vanity with beautiful bright windows that bring in lots of natural light, a separate shower stall, and a large soaking tub.
Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed, mirrored closets, and a 40" smart tv
Guest bedroom 2 has 2 standard twin beds and mirrored closets.
The hall guest bathroom has a shower tub combo and a single sink vanity
Large washer and dryer are located in the home and have all necessary detergents, bleach and dryer sheets.

Check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if interested.
On rentals of 30 nights or longer there is no city bed tax, but the renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bills from check-in to check out, based on meter reads. A utility deposit, which is in addition to the security deposit, will be taken to guarantee payment of the utility charges.
The City of Indian Wells requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
Please note: all legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Indian Wells follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick booking process, but we believe you will find our beautiful Indian Wells property is worth the extra effort. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.
