**Pet Policy for Vacation Rental**
To bring your pet(s), guest(s) must agree to the following terms:
Because we have other guests who are allergic to pets and fur, we encourage that your pet(s) stay in the pet-friendly space of the large porch, but we do not restrict them from entering the indoor living area, which includes the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. However, we prohibit pets from entering the bedrooms or being on the furniture. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet.
In addition:
- Clean up after your dog, especially in the rental, yard, and beach areas of the property.
- Do not allow your dog to bark excessively or roam onto neighboring properties.
- Groom your pet prior to and during their stay, particularly if it is a breed prone to shedding. Pet hair can be difficult to remove. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc., that have pet hair left behind.
- Don’t leave your pet unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for situations in which you must leave.
