"Cleanliness of the room and bathroom was sub par. Bed was fine. Carpet had multiple stains. Lots of issues in the bathroom. The aesthetic of the hotel was amazing. Beautiful lobby. Amazing deco and atmosphere in restaurant and bar. I felt like i took a time warp to the 30s and 40s. I kept expecting Bing Crosby to walk in the room. "

"I loved the view and how kind the staff were, my only complaints are that 3 of the 4 outlets by the bed were finicky at best and the sink water pressure was very on or off, but it was a comfortable and clean stay :) As someone with a lowered and bright pink art car, I was worried that something would happen to my car especially since I was too low to enter the garage, but all went perfectly well night after night. The breakfast was delicious and delivered as requested, and overall it was a wonderful time, this has been and still is my go-to hotel for my Cinci/NKY trips :)"

"The hotel is very clean but could use some updates. The staff was really accommodating and the grounds were nice. The hotel allows pets and at times you can hear them, but you were not able to smell them."
