"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "HEALTH HAZARD! The bathroom was filled with visible mould everywhere, taps were leaking, living room lights didn't work, the kitchen was dirty, the TV wasn't functioning and it was an overall bad experience. The only good thing about it is its location near the centre."

"Huge 2 bedroom apartment in a great location, could do with a bit of TLC but it was clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed, but could have done with more towels. WiFi was slow but it did work."

"Property had significant damage, from lights to toilets. Property was not cleaned properly. Only one bed was made. No toilet paper provided."

"The room was simply tiny. The mattress was sat on pallets rather than an actual bed. The shower door was broken and hung loose in the shower. Duck tape was trying to hold it up. I had children with me so this was dangerous. There was no kitchen (which the advert said there was) and we had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. Finally, there was grease or dates smeared on the wall. The internet didn’t work, the fan was broken too. It was on a busy urban street, so if it wasn’t midnight revelers...

"I rarely share my reviews on Expedia but I would say I really like this accomodation. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed a really comfortable stay here. There are workshops in the hotel occasionally which makes the hotel even more lively. :) The only limitation I can think of is that there are only limited restaurants/shops near the hotel so you will need to go back to the city centre."

Great location

"Quirky hotel in a perfect location. Friendly and attentive staff. Basic room, but clean and safe with a nice, hot shower. Breakfast was fine (tea/coffee, orange juice, croissant, baguette, jam and cheese). Would happily stay again. "

"Nice clean rooms and very helpful staff; it's also right next to a metro station, which is very convenient. There's an area near reception where you can refill water bottles for free and buy snacks (very useful if you're feeling peckish late at night). Breakfast buffet is excellent, albeit pricey (but you can get vouchers for 5 Euros that you can use towards the price each time you choose not to have your room serviced). "

"Great property and helpful staff! we loved our "roomy bath"! We had a great view and the deep round bath is wonderful. The only problem is there is no table or shelf next to the the tub so there is nowhere to set any shampoo or soap ...or perhaps a drink. Another issue is there is no wardrobe. he bed was excellent. Regarding the breakfast - the selection is very limited and unless you like the Peruvian style offering it's disappointing. There are no cereals or plain yogurt for example and other than a flavored yogurt, some sort of muesli mix, a fruit salad and croissants there is nothing unless you order the a la carte selection which is very limited. A comprehensive buffet style breakfast would be a welcome addition."

"The hotel was lovely. Our junior suite room had a gorgeous view of the cathedral. It was large enough for the family, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great! Everything was a quick walk or bus ride away. I would highly recommend!"
