Updated Condo Close To The Ski Resorts and Lake Tahoe

This is a centrally located, low elevation, close to the lake condo with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, accommodating a max of four people. The spacious bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, memory foam mattresses, nightstands and one dresser. Both new carpeted bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bathroom with whirlpool tub. The bedrooms have ceiling fans plus two portable fans. They are beautiful wood floors throughout the lower level, open floor concept, large slider doors to the spacious deck perfect for grilling, for gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is free Netflix and Youtube Now on all the TVs, both bedrooms and living room.
There is a short walk or drive to a variety of restaurants, shops, bowling, a movie theater, Hyatt Casino, are all within walking distance. Incline Village also has wonderful hiking and biking paths, two great golf courses just minutes away from the condo.
Sand Harbor Beach is close by.
For winter sports fans Diamond Peak Ski Resort is only 5 minutes away by car, Mt. Rose is 20 minutes away, Northstar 25 minutes. Other resorts within a short drive of the condo include heavenly Valley, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. There are also plenty of nearby places to cross country ski, snowshoe and sledding.

Convenient location
Great location. 7 minutes to Diamond Peak and a few minutes to supermarket and restaurants. Place is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very quick to respond to requests. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful experience.

Close to the lake and the slopes!
The condo is ideally located minutes from the lake and Diamond Peak Resort. The beds are extra comfy, and there are three TVs throughout, not to mention a fully stocked kitchen with all amenities. We would stay again!

Only complaint was the parking spot #12 had two trees on either side and couldn’t park my rental vehicle in it. Had to use a guest spot for my visit. Property was clean, spacious and well-maintained. Host responded immediately to any messages and was very welcoming. Overall a great place to stay.

Ski weekend
We had a nice stay as a family of four for a quick ski weekend. Check-in and out were easy, the place was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed, and the hosts responded to messages quickly. Some of the neighbors were noisy at night, but that wasn’t the fault of the hosts. We would stay there again.

A wonderful place to atay
We had a very nice stay in this condo. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and even has a spice rack. The owners were very responsive to our messages. Thanks for letting us stay in your place.

Great location. Kitchen was well stocked. Our young boys enjoyed the toy options which was a surprise! They also loved having their own tv in room. Bed bumper in closet and beach chairs were added bonus. Appreciated the fast response time for messages! Would stay again!

Great location in Incline Village!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owner was very communicative and helpful in finding local activities and left some toys and games for our daughter to keep busy! Property is well equipped (everything you need for the kitchen) and very clean. Dedicated parking and quiet at night. Very close to groceries, good places to eat, beaches and hiking. We enjoyed our stay and the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe! Would recommend this property when visiting Lake Tahoe/Incline Village!!

Property offers well-maintained furnishings and amenities and good location in IV - walking distance to grocery store, coffee, beach and restaurants. The complex was dated, as was the deck, but I appreciated access to an outdoor space. Owners were very responsive and flexible.

Get away at Incline Village
Super great location, very clean!! The owner was quick to response to messages. Can walk to the beach, but you need a pass to get on the beach. South Tahoe, Reno, Virginia City, Carson City and Truckee are all a short drive. That was important to us. Great place to rent. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. Martha

Perfect Home Away from Home!
The reviews about this place don't lie. The property has everything you would want in a vacation home. The check in process was easy. The home was very clean and quiet. TVs in every room had free Netflix and Youtube TV. It's also centrally located and only a few minutes to all shops & restaurants in Incline Village. King's Beach, Tahoe East Shore Trail and Sand Harbor State Park are only a few miles away too. The homeowner was quick to respond to any issues we had. The only downside for us was that on our last night, there was a blackout for the entire neighborhood. Thankfully, this occurred after midnight and was restored a couple hours later.

Great Property Large Cleaning Fee.
This site was great for my needs and I worked in the area and was able to relax due to the location. The internet was too slow to use so I had to use my Hotspot for emails. The property is very nice and I left it perfect. The stair rails do not go all the way to the second floor and the rail up to the front deck is not attached well. Not trying to be too picky as it was a great value except for the cleaning fee doubling the rental rate. Even with that it was far better than a hotel.
