Please Note: This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. Public beaches at Sand Harbor (3 miles) and Kings Beach (4 miles) are open to the public for a fee. The East Shore Path can be used to access Incline’s Hidden Beach and also can be used to access Sand Harbor.
