MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of
age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of
25.

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

***All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to
the property at check-in. Contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should
be signed within 48 hours***

One of the oldest cabins in Incline Village
We arrived around 10pm, and my first thought as I step into this odd, old smelling cabin, is this place is haunted. I build up courage immediately to walk in and turn some lights on. There’s no A/C, which I understand during the winter, and the host provides an ample amount of fans. It’s a place to lay your head safely from the elements. Nothing more and nothing less…
