Adorable condo located in the prestigious Incline Village McCloud complex. The home features 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people comfortably with a large living space, master suite, and remodeled kitchen. The complex is landscaped and has a community hot tub just steps away plus you will be within walking distance to the lake, about 5 minutes away. You are also just steps away from the Hyatt Casino and only 5 minutes drive to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Perfect place for the family!

Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy.

Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village, community pools, and hot tubs are only open for homeowners and full-time residents until further notice. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.

We found our annual stay!
This is our second year staying at this beautiful condo, and we will be back again next Summer for our annual family reunion in Incline. This was a great condo, very clean and up-to-date furnishing and completely supplied with all the necessary kitchen equipment that you would ever need. I needed to get away for some quiet time to work on my book, and this was a perfect place. I will definitely will be going back.

This condo was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was a short walk to a nearby path through the forest to Lakeshore Drive. The deck was fairly private and was a great place to sit for morning coffee. Very satisfied. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay in McCloud and this unit. Clean, well appointed, A plus location. The only issue was not having a parking pass. We were able to use one from another rental but it should be provided. Other than that, exceptional unit and a great family vacation.

Great Location, nice McCloud Condo Complex
Updated, clean condo located in convenient Incline Village. Fully stocked kitchen utensils and appliances. Gas grill and fireplace. Comfy beds and ample living room seating space for two couples. Garage access just up a slight hill from condo was a plus. There are a few steps to enter first floor condo and another 3 steps down to living area. Offsite check in process. Pictures are accurate. Would recommend!

Delightful McCloud
We had a really nice stay and the condo fit our needs well. There were two times when the door code didn't work. The first resolved itself after we left it alone for a few minutes before trying it again. The second time you responded immediately with a new door code that worked. Throughout the whole process, your responses and response times were great! We'll rent again when the need arises.

Loved the unit.
Foyer was not clean but everything else perfect. I would suggest in winter to have 2 old bath towels or 2 extra mats in closet. We borrowed 3 towels from my cousin so we could keep the whole foyer and rug clean. Boots, shoes. Ski boots, mitten’s. We really take care of where we stay. Also, could not go up or down on thermostat but we were ok. 😊

We got off to a bad start when the agent sent us to the wrong unit. Back to the office for correct directions. Unit had been spruced up, but the TVs were ridiculously small. LR TV sits on the floor. Soap is only amenity in the BRs. Other than that, OK. McCloud is just getting a bit long in the tooth.
