Family Friendly 3 BR Lake Tahoe Retreat close to Lake, Casino and Skiing.

This 2 story condo in the popular Forest Pines complex sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The downstairs master has a king bed, and the 2 guest rooms above each have queens. There is an additional twin on site as well. Sleeps 7 but I recommend 6. There is a small outdoor deck. Kitchen area has 2 bar stools and a table that seats 6 people. Linens are provided as well as bath and beach towels and chairs. There is a pool and hot tub in parking lot 2-3 is open. You’ll need to check in with attendant and give the unit number.

Sand Harbor and Kings Beaches are 10 minutes away. This unit DOES NOT include access to the private beaches in Incline. Unfortunatley Incline Village is limiting guest access by not allowing very much money on the guest access cards.
There is a new trail to Sand Harbor 3 mile long bike path that is spectacular, very close to the beautiful Monkey Rock hiking/mountain bike trail. The Hyatt casino is a 10 minute walk and both the Championship Golf Course and Mountain Course are 5 minutes by car. You can also enjoy the pool and indoor spa that Forest Pines maintains located in between parking #2 and #1

There are many things to do in Incline and throughout the Tahoe area.

Diamond Peak Ski Resort is the closest, being a 5 minute drive away. The resort offers economical pricing, convenience, and some of the most beautiful views of the lake! Mt. Rose is 20 minutes, Northstar about 30 and Squaw/Heavenly about 40-45.

The unit has cable, wifi, and Roku, fully equipped kitchen, nespresso, keurig, normal coffee maker, washer and dryer and a gas fireplace.

Incline condo - great location, comfortable stay
This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was perfectly placed between Northlake ski resorts and Southlake resort. We even caught a couple shows at Crystal Bay Casino, which was an eight minute drive overall 100% stay here again.

Great Place for Family Ski Getaway!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The check-in process was super smooth. The owner was very communicative during the booking process and sent us the entry / access info way in advance of our check-in date. The property was really clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and consider for future family ski vacations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s place. The condo is equipped with everything you might need during your stay….including lots of spices if you plan to cook meals. The place is cozy, the beds are comfortable and the location is great.

Terrific Tahoe Place!!
This property was perfect for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). We liked the close proximity to Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose for skiiing. The host, Michelle, was very kind, professional and helpful. My only callout is the bath products are cheaper brands (as is typical), so if you like nice products I’d bring your own. Overall, great property and we had a wonderful time!!!

Wonderful Property
My family of 7 from Hawaii stayed here for Christmas. Unfortunately we didn’t get any snow for Christmas but the unit was perfect for us and exactly as described. It was cozy but roomy enough to allow for shared meals with my niece’s family of 5 who were staying nearby. Michelle was a great host whose communication was clear and timely. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Incline!

Everything you need.
This condo worked really well for my group with three adults and two teens. We were mostly out enjoying the area, so for the amount of time we spent there it was plenty roomy and very comfortable. It's in a really convenient location, was very clean, and the communication was great. If I had one recommendation it would be to replace the master bedroom mattress, its a bit lumpy and squeaky, but this wouldn't stop me from staying again. I'd definitely recommend this condo.

Condo was fine. Biggest problem we experienced was it was very dark with little to no path lighting and not clearly marked. Best arrive during daylight.

Michelle was an excellent host. She has the place well stocked including beach towels and beach chairs. It was a short walk to the local beach as well as stores and Starbucks. The one recommendation I would make is to bring a fan or two. The condo supplies some but it was very hot at night even with the windows open. We would highly recommend this place

Pros and Cons
Pros: owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Place was good size for the 6 of us. Location is close to many amenities (hikes, beaches, restaurants, etc.). Nice she supplies beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Cons: place was not cleaned at checkin however we contacted the owner and she responded immediately, got someone to the place right away...bummed we lost about 3 hours of the day due to that. Master bed has a plastic wrap on it and my partner and I were constantly waking up with the amount of noise it makes. Based off pictures I thought there was a view of the lake but there really isn’t. Not a deal breaker, just be aware. Also weren’t able to use the pool and hot tub due to the HOA changing restrictions.

This condo is beautiful and very comfortable with plenty of room. The location is perfect! Michelle, the Host, was very friendly and accommodating. We had an amazing stay, only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book this again when coming to Incline Village!

We’ve done the hotel/motel thing at Incline Village before and this was by far a better option. It was so nice to be able to come home and cook dinner for some pooped out kids after two long days on the lake. Pool and clubhouse use was a terrific added bonus! Unit was exactly as advertised and well equipped. Stayed a bit hot in the evenings — so the ceiling fans in every room were much appreciated! Owner was super helpful and communicative. Thank you!

Perfect unit for our family
