Fishing, boating, sunbathing, paddle boarding, and water skiing are available in the summer, not to mention the gorgeous hiking and biking trails complete with waterfalls. In the winter, Cozy Grove is close enough to take advantage of Diamond Peak Ski Resort for those who crave the powder sliding beneath their feet come downhill ski season. Don't forget to put in a round or two of golf while you're at it!

Inside you'll find a rustic yet sophisticated themed decor with leather furnishings to help you feel relaxed and at ease during your stay. There's plenty of room to lounge about after a long day of activities with your friends and family, especially if you need to catch up on your favorite shows. A large TV with streaming services is available in the sitting area, next to a beautiful, bricked fireplace. Enjoy cooking a grand meal for your guests in the full kitchen with a glass-top stove and ample counter space. The spacious dining area has a large table set for six. Relax your cares away in the pool while enjoying the beautiful wooded area that radiates the art of vacationing.

The property was within walking distance of the lake and the shops. Short drive to Sand Harbor State Park/beach. Easy bike rental and fantastic bike path near by. Complex has a wonderful, heated, pool. Kitchen facilities great for a single cook. We would stay again.

Fantastic choice!
I consider myself a semi-regular guest, having stayed at this lovely home many times over the years. Honestly, I wouldn't think about staying anywhere else. If you want the best of all worlds (comfortable home, many sleeping options for even more than one family, easy walk to the best Incline Village has to offer, etc.), no need to look any further. All the comforts you can think of are here, and the decor allows you to really feel like you are in a hideaway in the woods. Fantastic place to stay whether you want the snowy vacay, or the warmer summer months (pools available too). Beautiful Cozy Home
Beautiful Cozy Cabin We loved it here! We have stayed here many times & will keep coming back. It’s a very clean two story cabin that has everything you may need. Kitchen supplies, coffee maker a dishwasher for easy cleaning & bathroom supplies are provided as well. Feels like home away from home. With a good sized living room that has a sleeper for extra room to sleep it’s nice to lounge around the TV or play board games by the gas fireplace. Cabin is a great location it’s close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again.

Not impressed
This is the first negative experience that I have had with a Vrbo stay. When we first entered, we were struck by how dark the whole place was. The lighting is terrible throughout, especially in the kitchen. The place did not look like it had been cleaned - the carpet was dirty, trash left on the balcony, all of the sheets were stained, and the showers were gross. In addition, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the tv wouldn’t work, and there was no hairdryer in the unit. I contacted vacasa immediately to let them know of all the issues we encountered. I was asked to send pictures, check the router, and check the batteries in the remote. I did all of these things, but it did not make a difference. Nobody was sent to the unit to help us out, nor was any other assistance offered to remedy the issues. We felt uncomfortable enough in the unit to leave and stay at a hotel after the first night. I still have not heard anything back from the company that rents these units.
