"Alittle hard to find-only confidence lacking! even the car had to breath in to get through the winding 'streets' Needs more signing to be easier . No-one in on our arrival but notes left and room with spectacular views ready and waiting. All new clean and neat. Dining area a bit basic and local labourers joined for breakfast efficient and considerate hoste3ss speaking several languages with ease. "Before I booked I read all the reviews and there were those who hated the place and those who obviously loved it so I decided to give it a go. We have a house on the coast so at worst we could have driven back home. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The Fonda is situated right in the centre of a pleasant village and the reception was manned. We were offered a choice of a 1st or 2nd floor room and chose the 1st floor.The room simply furnished with bright blue woodwork and really gorgeous...

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill.
