"Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. "The apartment is great - clean and new with all the facilities you would expect. It was only about 10 minutes walk from Soldeu gondola which is fine provided you have a ski equipment locker in the main village. I have a few small criticisms though. Firstly it wasn't easy to find, the map on the website is correct but it is actually called La Pleta De Soldeu. Deusol 3000 is a fair walk down the road so when I turned up at their reception I had to go trudging up the hill looking for the right...

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"
