"Very sorry, but when Me and my friend went swimming on 10/31/24, the lady at the counter(swimming pool and spa facility) was very rude and unpleasant to us. We both didn't have a swimming cap, and so she got very annoyed with us and treated us harshly. We are paying customers(guests). Why scold us and treat us unkind because of no swimming caps?? Shameful on IHG!!"
