"The facilities are new and very clean. Place is cozy. Check in was not easy. You must have a car to go from the place where you pick up the keys to the room. We got there late at night and picked up the keys in a green box in a parking lot. We got lost while looking for the room, road and access to the building were not clear, there was at least one foot of snow. Definitely not a walkable distance to do with luggage, children or seniors."

"Staying at Snow Hotel was a magiacal experience. The Gamme Cabins were cozy and inviting, the staff were incredibly friendly, we loved petting the huskys, and we were fortunate to see the Northern Lights close to the hotel. The Sami experience was especially meaningful. We hope to come back!"

"We (a couple) stayed in an Arctic Suite at the Aurora Collection hotel. It was fantastic! Nicky was an excellent host. Our room had both a private sauna and a private hot tub. We did not use the hot tub, but found the sauna delightful, clean, and plenty hot! The room was functional, clean, and had a small fridge and a kettle for heating water.
