Rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, dining nook, cable TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: with separate WC and shower. Exit to the garden. Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: sauna (extra), iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private sauna room can be booked on site!

Yes there is a washing machine
We had a pleasant 2 weeks stay in Solea at Hoch Imst. The house is great for a family or a group of friends. On top of the rent you have to pay a tourist tax of €3 per person per day. This includes a.o. a return trip by cable cabin each day; normal tariff €18. This is great value if you want to explore the Imster Alps. I once used a return trip just for drinking a beer at “Mittel station”. Before our stay I contacted Interhome to check again that there was No washing machine; they confirmed. The landlord however showed us that the washing machine was available in the sauna area.

Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst, sehr schöne Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz. Zwar schon etwas älter, aber meiner Meinung nach stört das nicht weiter. Abend war es etwas kalt aber die vorhandene Heizung hat gut ausgereicht. Terrasse + Grill waren top. 1-2 mehr Geschirrhandtücher wären super gewesen

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Haus Solea. Das Haus hat einen rustikalen Charme mit wunderbarem Blick in die Berge. Im Haus fehlte es uns an nichts und es war auch sehr sauber. Einzig die Matratzen könnten ein wenig besser sein, aber das ist ja immer Geschmacksache. Der herzliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Ebenso die hervorragende Lage. Man kann das Auto prima stehen lassen und direkt loswandern. Alles in allem sind wir happy, das Haus Solea für unseren Urlaub gebucht zu haben.

Sauber und super gelegen!
Der Gastgeber der Unterkunft ist super nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt in einer Anliegerstrasse ohne Verkehr und bietet somit volle Ruhe. In direkter Nähe zur Talstation und perfekt für Wanderungen! Für Kinder ist zudem der Streichelzoo direkt gegenüber mit kleinem Spielplatz eine tolle Gelegenheit für eine kurze Auszeit. Das Haus ist rustikal und einfach, bietet aber alles was man braucht. Jedoch befinden sich mittlerweile neue Gebäude vor der Terrasse welche den Blick etwas trüben.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Lage, ist ruhig und hat einen tollen Blick in die Berge und kurze Wege zur Seilbahn bzw. Busanbindung. Zum Wandern ideal gelegen. Der Zustand ist sauber, aber auch veraltet. Hier könnte mal wieder in eine Sanierung mit modernem Ambiente und Ausstattung investiert werden. Alleinedie Holzverkleidung der Zimmer ist ein Graus und es gibt leider keine Insektenschutzgitter an Fenster und Türen. Wir hatten viele „Tierchen“ im Haus

Fijn huis met goede ligging
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Solea en hoch Imst. Compleet ingericht met eigen sauna en tafeltennistafel in de ruimte onder het huis. Prima vernieuwde keuken en heerlijk terras met uitzicht over het dal! Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren die tevens eigenaar zijn van de schirmbar. Op korte loopafstand van de gondel en kinderweide. Voor onze eerste skivakantie met kleine kinderen en grootouders de perfecte plek voor wintersport! Een aanrader!

Super beliggenhed og et dejligt hus at holde ferie i, gode vandremuligheder og lift til næsten ingen penge. I forhold til beskrivelsen findes der ikke vaskemaskine til tøj, som er lidt en nitte når man rejser med teenagere.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus Solea. Die Gastgeber haben uns freundlich empfangen und wir durften sogar ein paar Stunden früher anreisen. Empfehlenswert ist der Urlaubspass (2 Euro pp.) der Gemeinde Imst mit welchem mann viele kostenlose Unternehmungen machen kann. Absolutes Highlight ist der kleine Badesee in dem wir uns jeden Abend abgekühlt haben. Das Aussengelände könnte mal wieder etwas Gartenarbeit vertragen und es wäre schön wenn wie im Haus Luna ein Gasgrill vorhanden wäre.

Zeer redelijk vakantiehuis
Gedateerd qua inrichting. Een flinke onderhoudsbeurt zou welkom zijn: likje verf binnen en buiten, wegwerken vochtschade in een van de slaapkamers. Ook het tuinmeubilair is aan vervanging toe, maar kan nog wel goed gebruikt worden. Gemetselde bbq is fijn: rooster aan vervanging toe. De inventaris in de keuken is goed: goede apparatuur en alles ruimschoots voorhanden. Badkamer is ook gedateerd maar onbeschadigd en je kunt zien dat de armatuur/douchekoppen etc. wel geregeld vervangen worden. Matrassen zijn ruim voldoende. Woonkamermeubilair is voldoende: grote TV. Wasmachine aanwezig, voor medegebruik door bewoners Haus Luna. Dit blijkt niet altijd voldoende uit de omschrijving en wij gingen dus van alleengebruik uit. Niet onoverkomelijk, maar niet ideaal. Dit huisje valt positief op vanwege de uitmuntende wandelmogelijkheden vanuit Hoch Imst. Diverse routes: fijne ongerepte natuur. Vriendelijke verhuurders/contactpersonen ter plaatse.

Op enkele punten begint het hu...
Op enkele punten begint het huis steeds slechter uit te zien. Met name in de keuken meer defecten en beschadigingen, maar ook in de badkamer boven defecten. De slaapkamer hebben we wegens zeer veel stof na de eerste nacht zelf helemaal schoon moeten maken. We hebben weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad, en komen zeker terug maar vinden het jammer dat het huis een beetje vergeten wordt qua onderhoud...
