"I am sitting on the roof deck of Dar Haven as I type this. While my son and I have explored the area extensively, and it is absolutely worth a visit, on my final night there is no place I would rather sit. The gentle sounds of the neighborhood, the birdsongs, the sunshine, the Atlantic Ocean, and I feel like I have been welcomed into the home of a good friend. From our check in the very first night to the SUPERB Hamman and massage we got in their spa (best spa ever, and shout out to Nadia and Khadija) this is so much better than a chain hotel. The rooms are clean and beautifully appointed, the comforter is super comfy, they have their own WiFi and private balcony, and the bathtub is unrivaled anywhere (there is a great shower, but you are crazy if you don’t take at least one bath). And the beach is five minutes walk away and gorgeous…. I am just rambling at this point, but this is for sure on my list of places to return! Bravo Riad Dar Haven! [oh yes, and the breakfast …YUM]"
