Ocean and Small town fun! Can't get better then that!

We have upgraded to a larger unit . We as hosts have over 85 5 star ratings so come stay at our 3 bedroom 3 Bath comfy condo! We have an awesome beach view from our large patio and master bedroom. We are directly located across street from the famous Imperial Beach pier. Our little town has some big name restaurants one located in our own Bldg. with even some local breweries.
There is Pizza ,Thai and even fine dining within a short walk and don't forget the best Mexican food around. The Hotel Del Coronado and silver strand beach is less then 10 minutes away. Downtown San Diego , Balboa park, San Diego Zoo and Sea World are all within a quick 25 min drive. There is even a 3 screen drive in movie theater a mile away. For the shoppers, about 3 miles away is the largest outlet mall for you to enjoy.
The condo is set with 1- king bed, 2- Queen Beds ,1- full bed and 1- Twin. and all kitchen appliances and accessories you would need to make any meal. High speed internet for those gamers or like me for some that must stay in contact with work..Errr
If you need local transportation there is a bus stop right outside our building on Seacoast.

Great Stay
We had a great stay. The condo was spacious, comfortable had EVERYTHING we needed, and was very clean. We love staying in clean, organized places and this one was spot on. We traveled with kids, they loved the bunk beds, their own bathroom, and hanging out on the patio.

Right across the street from the beach! The area is very nice. Plenty of restaurants close by. Quiet area and still close to San Diego. Very relaxing and beautiful property.

Beautiful views!
This is a spacious and well equipped property, great location and beautiful views. The beach is still closed but there’s still a lot of activity on the pier and on the main strip, lots of great restaurants!

We greatly enjoyed our stay and will likely return. We’ve been visiting the area for many years and found our stay here to be one of the most enjoyable. The fire table on the patio was perfect and all of the furnishings were top notch!

A beautiful place in an excellent location! The view from the place was so nice and walking distance to most anything we would need. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well-stocked. They even had some water and snacks for us when we arrived. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Beach vacation.
The property owners were very quick to reply when we had questions. Check in and check out was easy. The location was perfect for us, beach across the road, restaurants, coffee shops, market very close. The patio had a wonderful view of the ocean as well as the master bedroom. We would highly recommend a stay here and are hoping we can visit here again.

Great last stop for family vacation
We stayed at this lovely condo for the final 3 nights of our family vacation in California. We had spent the prior 7 days driving down the coast from San Francisco. The location, space, and amenities were exactly as shown and perfect for relaxing before we returned home. We would certainly return to this property!

Awesome location & condo. Our second stay. Wonderful firework show viewed from the patio! Walker to & ate at Brigantine (shrimp, mahi, salmon), Coronado Brewing (pretzel, pasta, salad) & Babycakes (iced coffee & cupcakes). Plan on a return!

Very nice condo with all the added amenities to make you feel like you are at home. We needed extra attention to detail on laundry detergent used and they very nicely accommodated us.

Absolutely loved this place! Great location, beautiful unit, had everything we needed. Walking distance to food, drinks, and directly across the street from the IB Pier, with views from the couch and master bedroom. We especially enjoyed the fire pit & sunset from the balcony at the end of the day. Perfect place to unwind. We will definitely be back!

Condo and location in IB was awesome. Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Proximity to beach/pier and restaurants was so convenient. Only moved our SUV once during stay to meet friends at Belmont Park. Neighbors were friendly. We plan on coming back!

Nice condo across from the beach. The beach was closed to go in the water due to sewage issues. However we enjoyed waking on the beach and down the pier. The condo was clean and well taken care of. The owners were responsive in answering my inquiries.

Overall great experience and location, very accurate description. Only downside was TV downstairs buffers unable to watch the last 2 days never connected, cord was taped in the back into box, may need new equipment, disappointing to miss NBA finals game as we are Suns fans from AZ

WE LOVED THIS CONDO. Everything really was perfect. LOVED THE DECK and gas fire pit table, loved the view, loved the layout of the condo, loved the decorating style of the hosts, loved the amenities that were provided, loved the proximity to the beach, loved not one, but TWO breweries, loved the restaurant downstairs (great food and affordable), loved the liquor store/market across the street. Loved the place so much we really did not want to leave!! LOL. Oddly enough we had a few people tell us before our trip that Imperial beach was "not such a good place." Well, let tell you they are wrong and or have outdated information! We had two couples, but could easily add a third couple as long as they were willing to sleep in bunk beds. Would definitely rent from Dale again. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!!
