Welcome to your vacation home! Our condo is located directly across the street from the Imperial Beach pier. Enjoy the sun, take romantic beach walks, or play in the ocean with provided boogie boards. Nearby, you'll find family-friendly restaurants, fine dining, and cool bars like Brigantine in our building and Coronado Brewing Company right next door. You can also choose to cook or BBQ at the condo. We invite you to spend some time at our place!

We are pet-friendly with a small pet cleaning fee. Parking is convenient with two designated spaces in the community garage.

Please note that we are not flexible on cancellations due to beach closures.

Frustrating condo
We stay in a lot of VRBO properties. I always communicate with the host prior to checking in. I emailed the host throught the app several times, but no one ever responded. As time neared to check in, I called VRBO, and then she contacted me, but didn't see a problem because she said I never asked a question. I was keeping her updated on who was staying at the condo with me and my husband. The coded lock to get in the gate only worked about half the time. The host told me there was a key in the balley in a lock box- with another code to get the key. She kept saying it was an HOA ;problem, out of her control. She was never graccious in our conversations, just acted like I was obthereing her. There is a rested air intake great inthe kitchen that need to be painted. overall, it was a great space, but the communication was lacking, and the coded lock was an issue.

Great Sunsets but do not recommend swimming at Imperial Beach per the locals
The house was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, we encountered some challenges, such as difficulties with the front gate and a shortage of towels and bedding for our group of five. While the sunset views were stunning, we were advised by several locals not to let our children swim in the ocean, which was disappointing since this was a key reason we chose this location

Perfect location
We had a great time staying in this condo! It is exactly as pictured and we had everything we needed! The location was perfect also! Close to the IB Pier/beach and many cute restaurants and bars!

Clean, newly upgraded comfortable condo
The condo was lovely! A few minor inconveniences (accessing garage, front gate/ garbage area)… Television was not User friendly- streamed the 2012 London Olympics!, 5 residents, bath towels for 4, no blanket for sofa pull out bed etc. But overall, a very clean, newly upgraded, comfortable condo!!

Great Spot
This is one of the cleanest, modern, spacious, and accommodating places we've ever stayed. 2 bedrooms with their own baths upstairs and and a half bath downstairs in the spacious common living area. Across the street from the pier/beach. Safe place with private/locked front entry and attached garage. Lovely.

Amazing location & great space
Perfect size for us (family of 3 plus Grandma). It was well stocked with everything kitchen we could possibly need. We're big beer lovers so it was awesome to be able to walk to Pizza Port & Mike Hess every night. Would definitely stay again but bring board games and a wetsuit!

Super Beach Neighborhood
While this location wasn't the one we booked originally, it was a pivot, it turned out to be even nicer than the one we booked. The crashing waves can be heard from the balcony or upstairs window and the beach town vibes are legit. Its super clean, all new interior, and in a perfect location to enjoy the "boardwalk" local shops, restaurants, and beach entrance fun of Imperial Beach at more affordable prices than Coronado.

Right on the beach with parking!
The beach was a minute walk if that. You also have a view of the beach from the balcony. The property was clean and had everything we needed durning our stay. The best part was that the beds were very comfortable!! My family enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent location Excellent House
The location is great! Everything is easily accessible. Just a minutes walk from 5 or so great breweries and restaurants. Walk out the front door and you’re steps away from the IB peer and beach. The home still has that “new car” smell. The beds were wonderful, bathrooms great, a tv in every room. Washer and dryer on-site. It was nice to lay there and be able to hear the waves crash ashore. This is a must stay if you’re in the IB area. I come to this area often and this is a rental I’ll revisit every time.
