Beautiful ocean view condo on the beach w/ communal pool & hot tub

This two bedroom, two bath corner condo is right on the sands of Imperial Beach in sunny San Diego. The condo boasts stunning views of Coronado and the Downtown San Diego skyline. Enjoy the complex's pool/spa after a fun day out exploring. The flourishing neighborhood of Imperial Beach is teeming with restaurants and shops and just a short drive to San Diego's other vibrant neighborhoods. The world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Petco Park, Balboa Park and many other exciting attractions are about 20 minutes away by car or uber. The unit is fully stocked with linens, pots and pans, and a keurig coffee maker. There are two parking spots in a gated garage with elevator access from the garage to the top floor of the building. Self check-in via a lock box allows for flexibility. ***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico’s water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.*** ***In addition, the building is going through some construction to the buildings balconies, so there may be some noise until about 5pm during the week. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!***

We have been to Imperial Beach Several times before. We love the area and loved this condo. Right on the ocean, quiet with beautiful views. A short walk to everything one would need.

Thoroughly enjoyed property on beach and the hot tub. Also enjoyed the whole Imperial Beach atmosphere. Bonus was a VW car show on Sunday!

Overall really great place to stay. The view, waterfront property, small shops, restaurants, and fishing peer were great. We spent mornings drinking coffee on the balcony which I really enjoyed. Inside the home everything was very well stocked and clean and very well decorated. We would definitely stay here again :)

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rental and the snacks that were provided. The beach was a few steps away and the view was just what we needed. Many of San Diego's attractions were close by.

My husband and I really loved this property - the view, proximity to the beach, sunsets from the deck, and the calm and quiet of the complex. The condo was tastefully furnished with everything we needed. We hope to return in the future.

Nice place outside of San Diego
We all slept great at this condo on Imperial Beach. Nice complex, pool seems nice and spacious and there are grills and a full kitchen. East drive to San Diego and steps from the beach itself.

Family and Friends December Get Away
This was our first stay at Imperial Beach. Our son and family stayed at another room on the same property. It was a great location on the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was closed but Coronado Beach was close and perfect for our grandkids. Our room was as described and met all our needs.

This was a wonderful place. Right off the water, walking distance to great dining options. The condo itself was clean and she has thought of all of the little things that would be helpful. Coming in after midnight, the snacks were such a sweet touch. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

The property was perfect for our needs. We were hosting several elderly family members. The one level condo and easy (though a bit of a walk) access to the elevator made their visits easy. The kitchen was well equipped. All went smoothly.
