The home is absolutely beautiful!
It's right off a main road with easy two space parking right in front. The home and furniture are lovely and it's spacious! Our family of ten had plenty of options for sleeping. The property management was super welcoming and maintained quick communication. I hope to be back in the future 😊

My husband, our 4 kids and I stayed at Art’s place in Imperial Beach for our vacation. The rooms were spacious and we had plenty of space to spread out! The house was clean and updated. Large Family Vacation
We LOVED this house! Great location, so much room. And just a wonderful overall experience. It's larger than it looks in photos and my children sprawled out, laughed, played games, relaxed--just what we needed. We were a family of 10 age ranges from 7+ Art was very kind and attentive. Very nice, fully equipped rental. It is obvious that thought went into ensuring the unit was well stocked with features and appliances to make the stay comfortable. Lots of sleeping options, comfortable beds, electronics, and areas to hang out. Great to have dedicated parking spots. Art was very responsive to questions/requests during the stay. We have family in Coronado so will definitely try to stay here again on future visits. The property is a very good value for this area and we really enjoyed our stay.

Last minute family get away
We decided to take a short family vacation and were fortunate to find this place. Art provided the perfect location for our extended family to enjoy quality time together. This was perfect place to accommodate our group which included a six year old, 3 teenagers, 2 college students and 3 adults. We hope to return soon. Thanks to our host for being so easy to work with.
