Historical house (1600-1700 .. uncertain date) in the ancient ligurian village of Montegrazie.
The house, as most of the ligurian building, is spread over multiple levels and it faces out: on one side on a typical alley, while the other side there is a wonderful view of the hills overgrown by olive trees.
The recent restoration has preserved the original look of the building, re-evaluating and rediscovering the original architectural features (exposed stone, vaulted ceilings).
The original floors, when it was possible, have been fully recovered, in order to preserve a testimony of ancient building techniques. The bathroom, although it was completely modernized, tries to recreate the flavor of the ligurian style by means of a careful choice of the materials.
As a whole the house is composed by: 3 double bedrooms, a living room (with sofa bed), a kitchen and bathroom.
The bathroom has both bath and shower and a washing machine (and Bidet).
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 5 burners and a large fridge with freezer.
A modern fireplace gives atmosphere to the living room.
The windows show a sublime view of the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace and the sea looks out from behind the hills.
The accommodation is perfect for 6 people, but using the sofa bed on the living room also 8 people might be hosted
