The spacious holiday park consists of multi-storey apartment buildings and wooden holiday homes, each with its own green space. In July/August, the municipality of Immenstaad offers a holiday program for children (extra). PLEASE NOTE: Cats are not allowed as pets. Child friendly resort "Ferienwohnpark Immenstaad", surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, 800 m from the lake. For shared use: children's playground. In the complex: reception, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Central parking spaces. Prachtige ligging
Huisje is praktisch ingericht. Trapje naar boven is inderdaad steil en de slaapkamertjes zijn klein. Maar het huis heeft een prachtige ligging (op loopafstand van de Bodensee, en dichtbij winkels). Mooie fietsomgeving.

Unterkunft ungenügend
das Haus war sehr lieblos gestaltet, die Küche hat Standard unterer Klasse, bei dem Preis hätten wir etwas mehr Komfort erwartet. Wenigstens eine Mikrowelle! Die Dusche war nicht sauber, ebenso die Toilette (außen),auch wäre eine neue Klobrille angebracht.... Spinnweben hingen in den Türrahmen. Der Besen war plattgedrückt und total dreckig. Die Heizung im großen Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht und wurde auch nicht repariert. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer fehlte ein Nachttischlicht. Glühbirnen defekt

Urlaub am Bodensee
Gut gelegenes kleines Ferienhaus am Bodensee. Innenausstattung gemütlich, mit sehr schönem modernem Bad. Die Küchenausstattung ist hingegen sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele ist die Lage des Hauses ideal. Es gibt auch tolle Wanderwege gleich in der Nähe. Wir waren im September dort und die Wanderungen durch die Apfelplantagen und Weinberge, immer mit Blick auf den Bodensee, waren traumhaft. Der WLan-Empfang war allerdings schlecht.

Schön gelegen Haus jedoch teilweise zu klein
Das Feriendorf ist sehr schön gelegen. Haus teilweise sehr klein. In Küche nur Zweiplattenherd. Kaffeemaschine befüllen wegen der Dachschräge nur schwer möglich. Dafür aber ein schöner großer Garten mit einer Terrasse die zum Frühstücken, auch bei kälteren Temperaturen, einlud. Die Schlafzimmer nur über eine sehr steile Spartreppe erreichbar. Mit Kindern hätte ich Angst gehabt. Die Betten extrem niedrig da sonst kein Platz für einen schmalen Zwischengang. Schaumstoffmatratze teilweise zu weich.

Empfehlenswert. Der Bodensee ist eine Reise wert . Die Ferienwohnanlage ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für jede kleine oder Große Tour . Mit der Bodensee-card ist Bus und Bahn in der Region umsonst . Aber auch mit dem Auto ist vieles in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen .

Traumhafte Aussicht
Auch wenn das Haus (wie erwartet sehr klein war), hat die Aussicht und der schöne Garten alles wett gemacht. Die Küche war zweckmäßig, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer klein, aber sauber. Die "Hühnerleiter" ins obere Stockwerk zu den Mini-Schlafräumen ist sehr steil und hatte eher Camping-Feeling, aber rundherum war es eine tolle Unterkunft in einer supertollen Location.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Wenn sie schon einmal den Geruch der alten Schränke von Oma in der Nase hatten und ihnen das gefallen hat sind sie hier genau richtig. Für 4 Personen sehr eng. Einfache Einrichtung, geringe und alte Küchen Ausstattung. Das einzige relativ moderne an diesem Haus war das Bad.

Das Objekt war so wie ich mir das vorgestellt habe, die Treppe ins Obergeschoss war zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig. Doch es war auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich da war, und ich würde immer wieder buchen.

Nurdach-Modell (klein) ist für 4 Erwachsene nicht mehr zeitgemäß
Wir hatten das Nurdach-Modell (klein). Für eine Woche kann man sich arrangieren, jedoch man stösst sich ständig an irgendwelchen Bereichen den Kopf. Der untere Bereich war frisch renoviert und nett eingerichtet. Der obere Bereich ist einfach für 4 Erwachsene zu eng. Man fühlte sich fast wie in einem Zelt nur wenn man sich dann beim Aufstehen ständig den Kopf oder ein anderes Körperteil stösst ist das nicht mehr so lustig. In der Küche fehlte ein Backofen ansonsten reicht die Ausstattung aus. Durch das schöne Wetter und die tolle Landschaft am Bodensee wurden wir entschädigt.

Alles tiptop
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche am Bodensee verbracht. Die Unterkunft war perfekt (2 Erw./2Kinder). Besonders schätzten wir den "Brotwagen" von 07.00-09.00. Auch konnten wir viele Ausflugsziele vom Feriendorf aus besuchen. Immenstaad liegt diesbezüglich sehr gut. Die Ferienanlage ist zwar etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen, trotzdem war alles sehr sauber & gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception waren sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.
