"This is our go to motel when we are in LaGrande. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the beds are super comfy. There are a lot of good options for breakfast, and we love the big hot tub. It is an older motel and needs a little updating, but the price is right and it’s near lots of food options."

"The Landing Hotel is a fully restored/thoughtfully updated space. We booked 2 nights at The Landing, frantically, after the interstate was closed down due to inclement weather northbound. Karen, one of the owners, listened to our story and encouraged us to travel the pass immediately, even though we had booked and paid for 2 nights at the hotel already. What?! She was more concerned about us and the fact that we had a small window of opportunity to get home over the pass. Wow! We have stayed in many lodging situations all over the world.
