"Room 127 had a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom, like drains. Otherwise both rooms very clean & well presented. Staff were excellent, friendly & efficient. I found the bed very hard but the rest of our party were happy so that must be down to personal choice."

"The only criticism we had was that there needed to be a better placed grab rail over the bath, the rail provided would be great to get out of the bath but was too low to be of use as support if you have a shower. But well done for supplying an anti slip mat for the bath. Other than that we had a lovely time."

We loved the quietness of the Old Mill and the fact it was not central to Bath itself....although on our first evening we found the walk into Bath a little long as we were somewhat weary from travel and yet to get our heads around taxis and bus routes etc. We hope to go back to the Old Mill..."
