Nice spa hotel with plenty of activities
The room was clean and generally comfortable, but there was no proper air-conditioning. This is normally not an issue in Finland, but there happened to be very warm weather during our stay. The service was friendly and breakfast met our expectations. There is a nice spa in the hotel and many other indoor or outdoor activities available in the hotel and the surrounding area.

Thinner walls than u can imagine. Uncomfortable if you’re about to go to the bed without earplugs before 10pm especially on weekends i guess. Dunno if its only a problem when staying on the 1st floor. Room were strongly stuck at 1980s. Alltho spa was nice, kids love it atleast.

Kiva kylpylä
Ravintolassa illalla tarjoilija unohti tilauksen ja veloitti juomat väärin. Aamupalalla kävin näyttämässä kuittia ja kertomassa virheestä, jolloin hän pahoitteli, mutta sanoi että virhettä ei voi enää hyvittää kun tilitykset on jo tehty. Sitten vääntämisen jälkeen hän antoi meille yhden limsapullon hyvitykseksi. Ei ollut kyllä kovin hyvin hoidettu. Huone muuten ok, mutta tosi huonot tyynyt ja lakanat oli varmaan liian pienet, ei pysyneet sängyssä paikoillaan ollenkaan. Lasten kerrossänky kova kuin kivi ja pelottava ilman laitoja.

Kylpylän laaja aukioloaika loistava! Kiireidimpinä tunteina hiukan ruuhkainen, joten kiva kun ehtii muihin aikoihin. Ruoka varsin maittavaa buffet-aterioilla. Sporttihotellin tyynyt oli surkeet 🙈

Kaikki oli vanhaa ja vähän kulunutta mutta siistiä. Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa. Taikametsästä puuttuu edellisvierailulta tuttu savu. Unohdin kysyä onko se lopetettu lopullisesti vai väliaikaisesti.

Kylpylähotellin tilat kuluneita ja aikansa eläneitä. Pieni pintaremppa ei tekisi pahaa. Huone siisti ja hiljainen, mutta mm. nojatuolin pinta rikki ja suihkun kaakelisaumat ja silikonit olis hyvä jynssätä kunnolla. Ravintola/aamupala tila tumma ja tunkkainen, uusiminen/päivittäminen tähän päivään ei tekisi pahaa. Kuitenkin ajoivat asiansa ja reissu oli onnistunut.
