"We had a beautiful room on the first floor, overlooking the lake. Lovely big balcony. Great kitchen area well equipped and a huge bathroom. 1/2 hour walk into Yamba along the river, lots of gekko’s sunbathing on the rocks. You can walk on further to the Breakwater and watch the surfers to your right on Pippi Beach and Dolphins to your left. Just beautiful. Yamba has lots of nice eating places, we went to Jacko’s one night and The Mexican the next, both places served amazing food and had a great atmosphere. "

"Great location. The resort is beautiful, lots of activities to do for the young and old. Only minor issue was that the restaurant was closed during our booking. Overall, it was a great experience. "

"We had a wonderful stay in a lovely one bed garden apartment. Well equipped and clean, with a comfy bed, plentiful hot water and a good shower. The grounds and pool are spotless. The property manager is the best we've experienced in our mulitple visits to Australia. We were greeted, out of hours, with a welcoming smile, nothing was too much trouble. The couple of minor issues we had in the apartment were quickly dealt with. Location is good, steps from a patrolled beach that is perfect for families. We'll definitely be recommending The Cove to family and friends in QLD and would stay here again in a heartbeat."
