"We spent the weekend in the ground floor, and to say it was perfect would be an understatement! Impeccably clean, beautifully up kept, and so incredibly worth it! The Bressmer’s cosy, antique, victorian furnishing were the perfect background to a weekend of memories and laughter. It’s creaky hardwood floors will stay with us for decades on, and we absolutely cannot wait to return and explore even more of its secrets."

"My colleague and I stayed at the bressmer House a year ago when we had a conference in Springfield. We loved it so much that this year we decided to try the second floor. It was equal to our experience on the first floor! Beautifully furnished and supremely comfortable. It was a welcome refuge after long days at the conference. The location is perfect and we would both stay here again."

"We recently stayed at The Audrey in Springfield, IL, while in town for a wedding, truly a fantastic experience! "My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The historical townhouse was spacious and afforded us space to spread out but also spaces to gather. We loved the period details and appliances. The one drawback was the train noise at various hours, but the noise didn’t ruin our sleep. The access to Idle Hour and Guest House was particularly enjoyable. We would all gladly stay here again!"

"My son and I stayed here and enjoyed our stay. We were in town visiting family and we will rent this place again. It was very cozy, spacious and clean. Great location. The host were very responsive. "

"This property had plenty of things to keep a group of high school students entertained. They loved the pool table, record player, arcade games, and more. They were engaged with each other. The TV and phones were forgotten!"
