"Second time of staying having booked through Hotels.com. Both times hotel had no record of our booking. Unclear where the fault lay. Luckily a room was available each time as out of season. Hotel and rooms need refurbishment."

Restaurant missing a proper kids menu which was a shame as the family room will attract families and the restaurant is not kid friendly and a bit over priced."
