"I visited Sarajevo with my family in early May and stayed for a weekend. I was there with my spouse, 6 year old son and in-laws. Our experience was simply amazing and one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We were greeted by Hasan, a lovely man who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, he recommended restaurants, shopping spots, places to see. The breakfast experience the hotel provides was amazing, we were overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality that every employee displayed. It was as if my own family owned the place. It is without a doubt the only place I will ever stay when visiting Sarajevo."

We organised a taxi pick up with the hotel upon arrival and the hotel organised this. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good to start our day. Our room was perfect - clean, big and had all amenities we needed. Would definitely stay and recommend to others! "
