Orchard with fruit trees, pool designed in the midst of two stones, goumet area with oven / wood burning stove, barbecue and pizza oven.
Alarm system, fireplace, air conditioning in all rooms except the new suite which has wall fan, new heater. 2 flat screen tvs with over 300 channels, Wi fi.
Caretaker's house with caretakers living on site, pond with carp.

Casa super aconchegante e charmosa!
Olá, Fiquei hospedado na casa na semana do reveillon de 2018-2019. Casa simplesmente incrível, melhor do que nas fotos! Super recomendo a casa os serviços da Sabrine. Tudo na casa estava em bom funcionamento e há manutenção diária da piscina. Para mim, a piscina é o ponto alto da casa! Com certeza devemos voltar outra vez na casa. Abs Victor

Casa maravilhosa, lugar perfeito. Ambiente super confortável e agradável. Fomos em grupo de amigos nossa experiencia foi sensacional. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Foi tudo perfeito do começo ao fim... A Cristiane é muito gentil e educada! A casa é muito mais linda do que você vê pelas fotos! Fomos surpreendidas quando chegamos ao local pela beleza de tudo ao redor... o deck da piscina tem uma vista incrível! É o lugar perfeito para curtir com a família ou amigos. Além de tudo, contratamos o serviço da Sabrine e ela fez comidas sensacionais... Não temos nada para reclamar! Só elogios... Voltaremos sempre!

Excelente Opção para bons momentos em grupo!
A casa atende as expectativas, a vista é realmente maravilhosa e o lugar extremamente aconchegante. A possibilidade de contratar uma ajudante para auxiliar na estada, cuidando da casa e cozinhando, também faz muito sentido e agrega valor. Contatos diretos e simples com a proprietária, sempre auxiliando no que for preciso e com muita atenção. Recomendo essa opção na Ilha!!!

A casa superou as expectativas! Melhor ainda do que nas fotos, super confortável, limpa e tem uma vista deslumbrante que dá pra ver de toda a casa. Área gourmet ótima. Única ressalva que no quarto de casal que é conjugado, o ar não estava funcionando direito e ele é bem abafado.

Absurdamente Incrível
Passei o final de semana (01/12 à 03/12) e foi incrível. A casa estava muito limpa e organizada, ela possui realmente todos os utensílios necessários de uma cozinha. A Sabrine a caseira é super atenciosa e sempre disponível para auxiliar no que necessário, também não posso esquecer de sitar o caseiro que não me recordo o nome, porém muito simpático e educado. A Cris, é uma simpatia, sempre disposta a sanar qualquer duvida e super compreensiva. COM CERTEZA voltarei mais vezes. A casa é ainda mais bonita que nas fotos da sala já se tem um visual INCRÍVEL de uma praia intocável. Visitem pois não vão se arrepender.

Passei o feriados de 21/04/2017, com os amigos, achamos a casa maravilhosa, ótima localização, muito bem organizada, limpa e linda!!! Amamos tudo na casa da vista a piscina. O diferencial é a Sabrine muito atenciosa, prestativa, educada, de confiança e cozinha maravilhosamente bem. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa a melhor que passei na Ilha. Casa Fantástica e Exótica em Excelente Localização
Passei o feriado com toda a minha família nesta casa que é maravilhosa e muito exótica, pois é construída sobre pedras e com um visual privilegiado do mar e das montanhas. Casa SHOW!!!! Acordar e ter a vista do mar com a toda natureza ao redor não tem coisa mais energizante, Cristiane amamos a estadia em sua casa, os quartos são perfeitos e super confortáveis, sua atenção e da Sabrine (caseira) foram excelentes. Casa e local espetaculares!
Eu, minha família e nossa equipe de natação passamos um fds maravilhoso em Ilhabela, apesar a chuva a casa nos ofereceu toda a estrutura necessária, pois o local é lindo e a casa maravilhosa! Encantadora
A estadia no imóvel foi sensacional. A casa realmente é encantadora, vislumbrando uma arquitetura única e especial. A Cristiane, bem como a Sabrine (caseira), são pessoas super atenciosas, nos ajudando em qualquer necessidade ou dúvidas. Para quem procura uma ótima casa em Ilhabela eu recomendo esse imóvel. Lugar perfeito pra Ilhabela
O lugar é melhor que as fotos mostram. Lugar de fácil acesso, perto do "centrinho" da ilha e muito confortável. Ficamos com a sensação que a casa foi feita para se morar e não para alugar como temporada. Camas confortáveis, tudo limpinho e a piscina é muito boa!! (Pulem da pedra!!)

Ótima casa para temporada em Ilhabela
A estadia foi ótima, A casa é realmente super charmosa com espaço gourmet (churrasqueira, fogão a lenha e forno de pizza). Espaço aconchegante com lareira super eficiente e grande TV de LCD. Boa acomodação nos quartos e localização na Ilhabela. linda vista do Canal de São Sebastiao. Proprietaria e caseira muito gentis e solícitas. Só não conseguimos aproveitar a piscina entre as pedras por termos ido no inverno de menor insolação e temperatura mais baixa. Recomendo a casa.
