This hotel was very spacious and has a nice pool and a cool view. It is off of the main road which makes for quieter days/nights. However, the wifi was very spotty and the advertised restaurant was not in operation during our stay

Where harmony built its shelter
Exquisitely designed by its owners Neia and Michael, the building combines an overall minimalistic line with small details of Brazilian exuberance. This is what first impressed us. The attention is friendly and relaxed on the side of the owners, but at the same time the personnel is very professional, taking the best of two worlds as a hotel and as a family ran pousada. The pool area has a wonderful view to the sea and the illumination at night makes you want to stay to sleep there. The place is far from the livest part of the island (Vila) though there are some restaurants and bars around the two nearby beaches (the most popular in the island). It is a good idea to have your own means of transport since buses are not always direct and the design of the routes forces you to always change buses at Balsa. We actually went almost every night to Vila, though the bus trip was not what we most enjoyed. For us it was an excellent choice since our main plan was to relax by the pool and walk to the beaches nearby. Highly recommendable, its name "refuge of harmony" is very well chosen so as to describe the kind of experience you get.

Lugar bem interessante para passar alguns dias sem muito luxo mas de forma confortável. Claro que há possibilidades de melhorias, como na higienização das roupas de cama, e de reparos no quarto em si. Mas de modo geral, atende muito bem, café da manhã gostoso, atendimento muito bom. O único problema que tive no final da estadia resolveram de forma bem rápida

Experiência incrível. O local é muito bonito. Na primeira noite ficamos em um quarto econômico porém não foi uma boa experiência, pois ficava perto do portão e incomodava muito o barulho das pessoas entrando e saindo por isso tivemos que trocar para um quarto de luxo. Depois dessa troca foi tudo perfeito. A vista é linda e o café da manhã é excelente, o atendimento também foi ótimo. O Felipe e Franco nos atenderam muito bem. Recomendo.

Péssima estadia e barata no quarto
Infelizmente foi péssima! As fotos são bem feitas e a estrutura do hotel em si por fora é realmente igual das fotos postadas, porém para uma pousada 3 estrelas não condiz com as condições apresentadas presencialmente, reservamos 2 quartos duplos na opção descrita como “do outro lado da rua” o piso branco se encontrava extremamente encardido, os rejuntes tbm, cheiro muito forte de “esgoto” provavelmente vindo pelo ralo do banheiro, quando chegamos encontramos as janelas abertas e isso causou um problema pois entravam mosquitos e pernilongos e quando questionei no check out o pq de tal atitude foi me informado que é para ventilar, porém isso deveria ser informado no check-in se os hóspedes querem essa atitude por parte do hotel pois tem o problema de inseto e tbm o fato de toda os nossos pertences estar dentro do quarto, se é realmente necessário deve-se comunicar ao hóspede e ao menos ter uma tela de proteção a mosquito pois assim como eu outros hóspedes pode ter alergia e fazer com que a estadia piore ainda mais, ou ao menos deixar um aparelho com repelente. No banheiro não foi fornecido mini shampoo e quando questionamos a recepção falaram que realmente não fornecem e Café da manhã fraco. Para piorar todas as opções descritas acima, encontramos BARATAS no quarto, no primeiro dia ao chegar à noite após jantar, entramos no quarto e encontramos uma barata em um dos quartos e no segundo dia tbm encontramos no segundo quarto. Ou seja não foi por um acidente. Decepcionante!

Internet não funciona, interfone não funciona, porta do banheiro não fecha direto, malas tem que ficar no chão pois não tem suporte, azulejos brancos todos quebrados e manchados, acabou a água de um dos quartos, quarto fica do outro lado da rua, não tem tomada perto. Não vale a pena, uma enganação!

Boa mas muitas melhorias
A estadia foi boa mas tem muito o que melhorar. Fiquei no complexo que fica do outro lado da rua do hotel, o quarto era pequeno e mal acabada. A cama era péssima, se um se mexe você se mexe junto. Lençóis com cheiro ruim e travesseiros horríveis! A acústica do quarto horrível também , uma noite uns hóspedes chegaram gritando a pulando no chão e dava para escutar tudo. O dia todo escutando móveis arrastando no chão…Além disso o chuveiro era muito ruim, não se pode nem considerar um chuveiro aquilo por nem sai água! Café da manhã gostamos bastante e a receptividade dos atendentes. Achei meio inseguro também pois a porta ficava aberta e ninguém ficava vendo quem entrava na pousada.

Ilha tão bela
Pousada linda, com estrutura e conforto. Ficamos na hospedagem standard, no prédio da frente, mas muito confortável. Banheiro e quartos limpos, com ar condicionado. Toalhas disponíveis pra levar para praia. Somente o chuveiro poderia ser trocado por um mais potente, mas a água é quente. Foi uma delícia, voltaríamos com certeza!
