O apart é bem localizado em um terro bem bacana. O atendimento de todos foi cordial e respeitoso. Café da manhã, apesar de ser servido no quarto, é satisfatório. O único problema é que ficou apertado por que não existe mesa para sentarmos confortavelmente e apreciar o café. O banheiro não estava devidamente limpo, assim como toda a suite. No qual encontramos moedas em cima da pratilheira e uma pedra em baixo da cama.

Contratamos uma suíte luxo, mas quando chegamos tentaram nos empurrar para uma simples escondido onde nem o Wi-Fi pegava. Após demonstrar que deveríamos estar na luxo, com muito custo conseguimos mudar para a certa. Todo os hóspedes possuíam carro estacionado na porta dos prédios da pousada, menos o meu que ficou distante. De resto foi tudo tranquilo, o café-da-manhã no quarto é perfeito e as colaboradoras da pousada são muito solicitas.

precisa de melhorias
Não gostei do café da manhã servido nos quartos, não possui opções e não pode repetir, além de servir café solúvel. Dei umas dicas para o SR Fernando na recepção porém ele nao aceita sugestoes, o mesmo tinha umas respostas inconvenientes, explicações dos serviços prestados, semelhantes a forma que um chefe explica aos subordinados. fiquei hospedada três dias e dentro desses dias o Wi- fi nao funcionou . o quarto não tem um guarda roupa ou local para, pendurar nem sequer guardar as malas. falta de conforto e espaço no quartos Não pretendemos nunca mais nos hospedar nesse hotel, deixou muito a desejar .

Viagem com bebe.
O hotel é ótimo principalmente para quem vai com criança, pois tem um parquinho nos fundos com balanço, casa de bonecas e escorregador que minha filha adorou, o quarto é ótimo também, bem grande e com uma cozinha completa, o que facilita e muito esquentar a mamadeira e a comida da bebe. O único item que não estava bom era a piscina, com exceção do último dia, todos os outros estava suja com muitas folhas e água verde e não tinha guarda sol.

localizaçao e ruim. quarto muito limpo porém não tem um guarda roupa ou local para , pendurar nem sequer guardar as malas. o chuveiro é horrivel. café da manha é servido nos quartos, não possui opçoes de paes integral nem adoçante,além de servir café solúvel.e não tem tv a cabo.Não pretendemos nos hospedar novamente nesse hotel.

transtorno.....contratei uma suite com uma cama de casal mais uma de solteiro, conforme anuncio hoteis.com. a suite muito pequena e nao tinha cama de solteiro...O sr Fernando disse que era assim mesmo, teria que me acomodar como desse no espaço, solicitei outra suite, mas nao tinha mais vaga, fui direcionado a um apart. pelo dobro do preço...até ai tudo bem, mas o cafe servido em bandeja no apart. horrivel....no segundo dia vieram os saches, nao veio agua quente....desisti... fui embora...

O cliente não tem direito de reclamar!
Na recepção apresentamos as nossas identidades para o devido cadastro. A suíte de luxo que eu reservei com cama de casal contendo uma bela mesa com 4 cadeiras para que eu pudesse colocar o meu notebook e confortavelmente distribuir os meus documentos não me foi concedida. Eu fiquei frustrada por não ter recebido o que havia reservado e assim, nós ficamos em uma suíte com duas camas de solteiro contendo um aparador para tomar o café da manhã. Eu fui acompanhada com a minha irmã para me assessorar nessa viagem. A cama de solteiro "afundava" o que me ocasionou dores na coluna. A parede de frente para as camas aonde havia o aparador de cor branca tampava o rodapé da mesma mal pintada e com cheiro de mofo. Nós tivemos que deixar o quarto ventilar bastante, mas não o suficiente porque os mosquitos adentram no quarto e ficam escondidos próximo a uma planta natural ao lado da cabeceira de uma das camas. Teve uma vez que eu fui escovar os dentes e havia uma barata de tamanho médio na pia do banheiro (que nojo!). As toalhas do hotel não eram trocadas diáriamente e constantemente a minha irmã tinha que ligar para a recepção e solicitar a reposição das mesmas. Quanto a cesta do café da manhã...eu pensei que eu ficaria com a cesta para levar de lembrança mas não, ela pertence ao hotel (se liga!)o sachê de café venho estragado no check-out e faltou o açúcar como em outros dias.O que teve de melhor foi a localização, a segurança e a piscina!

Apartamento pequeno
A reserva foi para uma suite e lá nos foi oferecido um apartamento pequeno como unica alternativa, sob a alegação de que era o ultimo e que a reserva fora cobrada a mais. Café servido no quarto, em cesta bem apresentável, mas industrializados o suco e o cafe. Chuveiro, com efeito de chuva, ... não permitiu a mistura de águas, quente e fria. Roupa de cama nova e limpa. Piscina muito boa.
