Fabulous stay! Had everything we needed. Situated in a perfect spot. We were walking the coast path so it was perfectly located for this by the beach and also near a pub which is right on the beach with great views for watching the sun go down.

We loved this place. Very homely with everything you could need. We were mesmerised by the view from the front room and all enjoyed the shower. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay
Myself and 3 other ladies spent 2 nights in this property as we were walking the coast path Lynmouth to Coombe Martin. This property was in a brilliant location just a couple of minutes walk from the coast path and near several pubs for a much needed drink and food after the long walk . The hosts also provided a fantastic welcome package for us. Thank you so much. We all would definitely recommend this host and apartment .

Lovely well appointed flat/apartment situated close to the beach, shops and cafe. The property has all that you need to look after yourself during your stay. We were very happy with the property, and the host also provided a welcome pack which included a bottle of Prosecco which was a very nice touch.

An incredible apartment!
We had a wonderful short break in Combe Martin, despite the weather. The flat is perfectly located for all amenities & the beach & is wonderfully appointed - we really appreciated the little luxuries & the car park pass was a Godsend! Kirsty made us feel really welcome with lots of personal little touches & excellent communication. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back 😊

Spacious flat
Lovely flat with a really nice welcome basket. Not far from llfracombe. In Combe Martin it can be quiet in the evenings as the cafes are closed, pubs and local shop is open. Lovely ice cream shop called Sugar Rush, definitely worth a visit.

Perfect base for North Devon beaches
Great communication from Julie, flat was perfectly clean and larger than we were expecting. All the beds were super comfy, all the kitchen equipment you could need. A lovely welcome basket and even a pint of milk in the fridge. Couldn’t be much nearer the beach and easy parking nearby. A local pub and shops have everything you could need within 100m of the property. The cafe even delivered breakfast up to us on a plate instead of us waiting. Easy drive to plenty of other beaches, we’d happily return!

Excellent time in Combe Martin
The property was in an excellent location, by car parks, the bus stop and all amenities within a couple of minutes. Being able to walk the dogs on the beach in the morning, literally a few meters away was a lovely way to start each day. We used the flat as a base for some lovely walks on the SWCP, which again was meters from the property. We had everything we needed and all information was timely and useful. We would defiantly consider staying again. The cafe below was very friendly and used frequently :)

Absolutely Superb
This apartment is amazing. It is very very well equipped, spotlessley clean and has a fabulous living room with a view! We arrived to a lovely welcome basket and fresh flowers on the kitchen table. There were board games in the TV unit which our sons enjoyed. Internet is great. You are provided with a parking permit for the nearby carpark. There isn't anything else we could have asked for during our stay. Communication from Kirsty is excellent. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future. Thank you 😊

Restful break at beachside apartment
Beautifully appointed flat with sea view from the window in the sitting room. It was only a two minute walk to the beach and less to several friendly and pleasant eating places. We mainly stayed in Combe Martin, going for walks on the beach and further afield but did visit RHS Rosemoor at Great Torrington - about an hour's car journey away in the middle of the week, when the weather was at its warmest. It was great to have the parking permit, which allowed us to park in several nearby locations. One of us is slightly disabled and found the outside steps a bit of a trial, as was there only being one bathroom. Kirsty could not have been more helpful and her welcome package went above and beyond what we expected. However the map on the Vrbo website was misleading and confusing. The actual location was excellent despite being a little difficult to find after a very tiring journey.

Well earned break
Lovely apartment, great location right next to the seafront. Really enjoyed our stay. We received a very welcome gift pack of essentials. What we didn't realise was the amount of steep steps up to the property which could be a problem to some not so spritely OAP's especially when carrying luggage upstairs. Decking area upstairs could do with a non slip covering of some kind. We really enjoyed our stay and just trying to be a bit helpful with some constructive criticism.
