You couldn't need much more for a visit to Combe Martin!Check in and out easy, kitchen has everything you need if wanting to cook. Bath and steam shower lovely, beautiful views of the (very close!) beach and a parking permit! Host very attentive and the welcome goodies were scoffed within the first 5 minutes.

Excellent stay

Amazing time at this clean, well placed apartment. The apartment had everything a family would need for a holiday away from home. A welcome basket which was thoughtful touch and extremely clean. The location is perfect by the beach and a short drive to all Exmoor has to offer. Will definitely recommend this property :)

Lovely clean flat

The flat was very clean, comfortable and well equipped.The shower was amazing. The welcome pack was indeed very welcome.The only negatives were the noise from the cafe kitchen below and the smell of frying from their extractor vent.

Homely bolt hole right by the sea

We loved this place. Very homely with everything you could need. We were mesmerised by the view from the front room and all enjoyed the shower. Will definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay! Had everything we needed. Situated in a perfect spot. We were walking the coast path so it was perfectly located for this by the beach and also near a pub which is right on the beach with great views for watching the sun go down.

Great Escape

Lovely accommodation for our weekend break. Everything we needed including a car park permit for a local car park. The welcome pack was very generous too! Would be happy to return and would recommend it for a relaxing break!

Lovely spot

The accommodation was as described and suited our family perfectly. There was a lovely welcome pack and the flat was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The off-site parking and smell from the cafe below was a minor niggle but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great to have a view of the sea from the lounge. Would recommend :)

Excellent Stay

Myself and 3 other ladies spent 2 nights in this property as we were walking the coast path Lynmouth to Coombe Martin. This property was in a brilliant location just a couple of minutes walk from the coast path and near several pubs for a much needed drink and food after the long walk . The hosts also provided a fantastic welcome package for us. Thank you so much. We all would definitely recommend this host and apartment .
