There is an open plan kitchen/dining area with wood burner for the cooler seasons, a cosy living room also with woodburner and Smart TV.

Electric Everhot Aga with two ovens and a hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, free standing kitchen island. Fully equipped with a range of utensils and tableware.  Utility room:  With washer/dryer, Sink, iron, ironing board and collapsible airer. Entertainment:  Smart 55'' TV Outside: Lawned garden with small raised pond, plants and patio area with garden furniture seating 10, steel fire pit and Gas BBQ. Hot tub. (Please note: From 1st October - 31st March, there will be a £150 charge added to the booking for the use of the hot tub)  Parking:  Private parking for up to three cars General:  WiFi Provided.
