"What a quaint apartment in the middle of Baunei. Close to the center of town and all the outdoor activities in the surrounding area. The apartment was well appointed and provided everything we needed for a quick getaway. "

"Das Haus ist in der Bergwelt Sardiniens sehr ruhig inmitten von Berg- und Landwirtschaft gelegen. Es ist eine fantastische Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon aus. Natur pur. Es hat Trinkwasser ab Hahn im Haus. Zudem sehr heisses Wasser ab Hahn, was sehr angenehm ist. Abstriche gibt es leider bei der Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung selber haben wir ordentlich vorgefunden, jedoch musste das Küchengeschirr vor dem Gebrauch zuerst gereinigt werden und die Klobürste war vermutlich noch von letzter Saison....

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and had exactly the ambiance seen in the photos. A good starting point for either a beach visit or a trip through the countryside …the scenery was spectacular. We will happily come again."

Location, equipment, check in, garden, veranda, communication, sweets at arrival, cleanliness, decoration, comfort of bed, silent air conditioning, ambiance. Would stay there longer. "The next door neighbour showed us around the property. We did not see the manager throughout the stay. The views of the mountains and sea were outstanding and could not have been better. The pool was clean and exactly what we could have hoped for. The villa itself was very "tired". It just needed not one, but quite a few licks of paint.
