"My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. "I love this property. I came for a return visit, so I knew what to expect. We enjoyed wine by the firepit each night. Thank you! The accommodations are quaint yet top notch. The host family is generous, communicative and accommodating and also respectful of the privacy that we wanted. I book well in advance to make sure I get the date I want to see the Fall colors--there is nowhere better to do this! Thank you!! "

"We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Frederick and Harper’s Ferry is very convenient. It’s lovely to site by the water fall and the pool was nice as well Owner has stocked the kitchen with lots of goodies and nice things in the bathroom as well There is a very musty order that hits you the minute you walk in.
