"The room was on the top floor overlooking the lake but the trees blocked most of the view. The size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. It would have been good to have smaller pillows available in the room. I ended up rolling up a towel to make a smaller pillow. Meals were included in the stay and there was plenty of variety. Only real bummer is that I think I left my Prescription Progressive Glasses in the room and can't get anyone to pick up the phones & check!"

"Just 20 minutes drive from the city centre and skiing site. The staff is very helpfull and polite. The room is very clean and tidy. The onsen is on the top floor with a very good view. A highly recommended hotel. "
