"I missed the small letters telling me that I needed to contact the hotel to tell when I expected to be there (in previous cases I've received an e-mail, with that particular question so it was hard to miss). We ended up outside the hotel with no one there to receive us. After a confusing phone call we could use a room with a kitchen that was open instead, but he wanted 50 euros more for it. "The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly. Most unpleasant was the presence of mosquitos and the lack of air-conditioning as the temperature reached 38C on the day when we arrived. "
