"Wonderful hotel in a wonderful town. We stayed in three other "nice" hotels on our Portugal trip, and this one was so much better than the rest. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made you feel like a "Guest" not just a number. Clean and beautifully decorated with everything prepared to a very high level. Lovely bar with piano player every night. We can't wait to stay there again!"

"Grata sorpresa, excelente, comodo,buena cama, cobijas limpio, personal super atento, desayuno impecable, estacionamiento, a/c perfecto , agua caliente. Aspectos a verificar antes de su llegada: la recepcion tiene un horario, asegurese de dejar un email o una manera que le contacten ( lo haran son super diligentes). "Very walkable, convenience store close-by. Canal & boats about 10-15 min easy walk. Reakfasr is excellent. Comfortable room-we didn’t have much of a view but didn’t matter as in room to allow. Comfortable bed, crisp linens. Very enjoyable stay Be certain to take one of the boat rides, we did it @ sunset & it was unique. Planned to do a walking tour in am but person cancelled @ last minute."

"We booked this hotel because it was not expensive. We arrived early and were surprised that we were offered a room and could go there as soon as around 9AM. The lady at reception was very nice. Our room was pretty clean but incredibly cold. There were spare blankets and a heater. We used them, but I still could not warm up after a shower with water slightly higher than body temperature, it never became warmer. If you travel during the winter, you better reconsider this place. "Good location. Very nice room. Difficult to unload as the hotel frontage is in a very tight street. Parking is available but you have to use a card key (borrowed from the front desk) to park your car at the mall parking lot across the street. It is a bit of a challenge navigating to the hotel and the mall."
