"From the moment I arrived, I knew I had chosen someplace special to stay. The appearance of the property was stunning: an old castle on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean. The staff were amazing and joyfully made themselves at my disposal. Returning to the room at night, my bed was turned down with a chocolate in the pillow and a bottle of water and glass on my nightstand. The thoughtfulness of the staff was part of who they are as individuals and it shined through at every moment."

"Everything was great. The reception was accommodating in speaking English. The only issue is the poor design shower unit. Swing doors do not seal proper thus the floor soaking always. Be careful not to hit the tap the wrong way or you get super hot blast. No coffee maker just kettle for instant coffee. Restaurants in the area don’t have hours conducive to meals. "

"The rooms are "minimalist" to such a degree that they do not have wardrobes as such. It was a metal bar hung from the ceiling. This is open to the room and is above the table . To my mind poorly designed. Basically, your clothes are left in the open on a clothes horse as such. I liked the hotel but for this reason will not be returning. On the positive side the staff are brilliant, friendly and very helpful. "

"City break so hotel was perfectly located. Room was on the small side and a bit tight for moving around but for just two nights it was fine. Looking out over the square and restaurants but the room was amazingly quiet with the window set up. Liked that we could wander out to the lovely wee lounge area and have a coffee from the pod machine for €1 and sit and watch over the square"
