Booked and paid in advance. When arrived, they simply cancelled without informing. We had to find out cancellation upon arrival in the middle of the night. We could not find anywhere else to stay and had to drive to another city for hours. The reception guy was absolutely nasty. Did not care and did not explain why it was cancelled. I think they should not be in Expedia network.

Best ever breakfast!
This hotel offers the best breakfast we have had in Turkiye, in their clean light dining area. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable with enough space for our needs. Plenty of shops are within walking distance.

Les moins: Pas de ménage durant 3 jours (les poubelles débordaient dans notre chambre). Pas de bouilloire ni un sachet de thé. La chambre sentait cigarette. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel et le petit-déjeuner était copieux.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel in the center of Igdir, close to shops and restaurants. Parking was on the street, but plenty of spaces. Room was comfortable and spacious, clean. The only problem was that there was some kind of construction going at 7 am on Sunday, very noisy.

Maalesef personel valizlere yardım etmek için yerinden bile kalkmadı. Otel çok eski şehir oteli. Sozde yenilemişler ama daha öğrenmeleri gereken çok şey var. Iğdır ilinin daha kaliteli işletmeleri hakkettiğini düşünüyorum.

Breakfast has fantastic and countles choices of very high quality, i was impressed and enjoyed it Reception was very helpful especially with airport shuttle I had a very good sleep in their bed
