"The property is great but unfortunately I didn’t get to partipate in the onsen because I got soo sick. However the hotel was phenomenal and provided me a translator to visit a clinic to get antibiotics! I’ll never forget this experience. Thank you."

"Nice rooms. Only thing as a tourist is Was a bit out of the way from things to do but close to train line and not far from Kyoto main station so wasn’t much of an issue for us. Clean and tidy room, fairly hard bed if that’s a concern to you"

"We were excited to stay at such a beautiful home, but became increasingly disappointed as we found one thing after another missing or broken. The bathroom sink faucet wouldn't run.
