"Perfect place to get away and enjoy what Corsica has to offer. Lovely pool, beautiful views out to sea and into the mountains. Perfect location for hiking, beach trips, doing nothing, or exploring the nearby towns and villages. You will need to drive at least 20 minutes to get to restaurants and supermarkets but there are a few towns nearby with lots of great food available. Our host Danielle was extremely friendly and very accommodating and helped us with finding the places we need to."

Erbalonga is the perfect base to explore Cap Corse from, and the villa is an extremely comfortable place from which to do it. "Fantastic place, quiet, clean and convenient to explore Balagne but also other places such as Corte, Asco (our favorite), Bastia… Plenty of things to do around, nice beaches and small towns, wéve been there 10d and would return. Irene and Mathias were easy to reach out, even if we had no particular issue (they live just close by)."

"We visited the house of Jean, which is located at the back of a beautiful villa, for almost a week in August 2023. The house is located on a private road and very close to the beaches. In the neighborhood you will find restaurants, bakery, grocery within a short distance. When we arrived we were welcomed warmly by Jean, the owner of the house, and were happily surprised to find some local sweets and fresh drinks in the fridge. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will miss the nice stories...
