"This was my second time staying here with my family and it was perfect. The cabin was well equipped and we didn't need to bring anything besides our clothes! I was able to cook all meals in the kitchen. The location was perfect and close to town but far enough away from noise to make a peaceful experience. ..."

The town of Idyllwild is really a must-see. There are no brand shops and no franchise brands in the town. The support of local brands and employers is great. Safe, quiet and also very green.

We went when there was a heatwave. It should have been in the 30's and 40's, but it got as warm as 60's. There was hardly any snow (kind of the whole point of the trip). Idyllwild is as nice as always.

I love this town so much. It was my first time here and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and how nice everyone was. Really really kind and great people. I loved the stars at night and how quiet it got at night

Love going to Idyllwild for the hiking opportunities, nature, the small town feel with lots of options for shopping and eating and just relaxing. Plus it's an easy 2 hour scenic drive from San Diego.

Our family has stayed in Idyllwild many times over the past few decades and we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves each time. All there are super friendly and it is the perfect epitome of that much needed breath of fresh air away from the big city.
