"The apartment is cute and well decorated. The location is excellent and close to downtown Sturgeon Bay. The biggest downside is the property is managed by some big property investment company called Evolve. It's one thing to rent "Bob and Cindy's Lakeside Cottage", but its altogether different to rent from a faceless corporation. Also the fees attached to the rental nearly doubled to price, which is ridiculous. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, attractive, upstairs apartment home. We were in town so I could ride in the Door County century ride. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only drawback was the curved, narrow flight of stairs, which takes you up into the apartment, which is part of a duplex. I had to take one star off, because that was something I was not expecting, based on the text description. Nevertheless, we had a very enjoyable stay. and I would go back."

"This is an honest review. The apartment was very comfortable. The WiFi was super fast and strong. The kitchen was well supplied, but the two burn stove was very small and difficult to cook on because of its location to the wall. We only cooked breakfast, but even that was a little difficult.
