"This would be a great place to stay for a couple. We brought our toddler and dog and were very cramped. It’s a very small place with a lot of decor. Not much room to put things or move around. Also, there isn’t a full kitchen which meant we had to eat out almost every meal. I would recommend to a couple but not a family."

"Nicely updated upstairs rental, with a nice view of the bay. Checkin was great- the owner reached out via text and email with photos and instructions for checkin. The property was clean, and there was outdoor furniture to enjoy the fall views (and morning coffee). There were lots of snacks that the owner made available, and also games. Laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs were also onhand. I would recommend and stay again."

"This is a conveniently located, cozy little spot in Bailey's Harbor that we have relied on several times. Very nice updated indoor space. A/C for when it's hot & muggy, and heat if needed. Good spot for biking or walking on the trails."

"Second time staying here. The place and room were excellent. Walking distant from everything downtown. We will be staying here again the next time we visit our Daughter. The best part was that the porch we had faces the afternoon sun, the first day we pulled some chairs from the tables in the yard over to the porch for us to sit on. The next day there was a nice cushioned chair for my Wife to sit in, then the next day there was another cushioned chair for me and a little table for our drinks....

"We lived the Flats! Such a unique place to stay. I absolutely loved the floor to ceiling windows. We saw a deer right outside the door on our first day there! The flat was clean,loved the decor, loved the heated floors and felt it was a cozy atmosphere just to relax and spend time with my busy family. I am very particular when it comes to places I stay, but the Flats exceeded my expectations! We will be back!"

"The 70s style was entertaining during our stay, and it had everything we needed. What stands out about this place is the location. It had a nice view of the lake, and everywhere we wanted to check out in town was within a few blocks."
