"We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings. Ansonsten kann man bei guten Wetter den Pool nutzen, sich sonnen oder Tischtennis spielen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Most impressed we were with the care that Barbara and her brother took to welcome us and to promptly help out with some minor issues. The surroundings of the villa are very quiet and peaceful. The pool, veranda and gazebo are great. With the car it is about 15 min to Labin and 25 to the beaches of Rabac."

"Well maintained property furnished to a high standard. A little off the beaten track so you will need a car but well worth it for this quality of villa. Our host Tea was most helpful answering questions while we were there speedily and helpfully. Its a lovely touch that you can use produce from the garden. Air conditioning very good as its was very hot when we stayed. Only downside was the mosquitos so do bring insect spray."
